Conductivity Sensor Calibration

Rinse the Sensor: Use distilled water to clean the sensor before calibration.

Immerse in Calibration Solution: Place the sensor in a standard conductivity solution with a known value (e.g., 1413 µS/cm).

Adjust the Meter: If the meter reading doesn’t match the solution’s conductivity, adjust the meter or follow the device-specific calibration procedure.

Rinse and Repeat: Rinse the sensor, then repeat the process with another standard solution if multiple calibration points are required.

Confirm Calibration: Verify the sensor’s accuracy by checking it in a fresh calibration solution.

The Model EEC110 sensor was designed for high pressure, high temperature conductivity measurements, and is an ideal choice for boiler control applications. Blowdown control, condensate monitoring, leak detection on heat exchangers, and steam purity measurements are just a few of the many applications in which this rugged and reliable sensor can be used.
