Series underwater level meters have a typical accuracy of 0.5%FS and can detect water level, well depth, groundwater level, and other variables. They are fully sealed to withstand submersion in liquid. They can also provide voltage or 4–20mA output signals.
Principle of Submersible level meter
The hydrostatic pressure that a liquid in the tank emits is measured by the submersible level sensor. Since the density of the fluid and its height are the two variables that hydrostatic pressure measures.
