MF Transmitter

MF Transmitter

PH/TDS/DO/TURBIDITY
WMF2000

Features

A general-purpose controller for water quality is a digital analyzer monitor. It may be used with the digital sensors from Wellkonix various water quality series. It is used to track several aspects of water quality, such as conductivity, dissolved oxygen, pH, ORP, turbidity, and concentration of sludge. For record-keeping purposes, the parameters are transmitted by current transmission or RS485 to the monitoring room.

MF Transmitter Calibration

Calibrating a digital analyzer monitor is essential to maintain accuracy in measuring various parameters such as voltage, current, temperature, or other signals. The process begins by gathering the required calibration equipment, including known reference standards or signals, calibration software (if applicable), and any specific tools recommended by the manufacturer. Start by powering on the digital analyzer monitor and allowing it to warm up to stabilize its readings. Connect the monitor to the reference standards, which provide precise known values for the parameters you are calibrating. The monitor’s display or output is then compared to these reference values. Adjust the monitor’s settings, typically through calibration controls or software, to align the measured values with the reference standards.

A tool for determining a solution’s electrical conductivity is a conductivity sensor. It is often utilized in many different sectors, including water treatment, food & beverage, and medicines. The sensor measures a solution’s capacity to carry an electrical current. To do this, submerge two electrodes in the fluid and briefly apply voltage between them.

The concentration of dissolved ions in a solution is directly correlated with its conductivity. As a result, the sensor may be used to measure the concentration of several ions, including calcium, sodium, and chloride. Numerous variables, like the solution’s purity and temperature, affect the sensor’s accuracy.
